Author Guidelines
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing. Submitted manuscripts must be formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format (double-column, 10-pt font) and must be submitted via this website as (.docx, .doc, .pdf). The review version should be no longer than six (6) PAGES including all figures, tables, and references.Up to two additional pages are permitted if the authors are willing to pay an over-length charge at the time of publication (manuscripts should not exceed 10 pages in total).
*Paper titles and author names cannot be changed or added to the papers once papers are submitted to NTICT'2017for review. The Program Committee reserves the right to not review papers that either exceed the length specification or have been submitted or published elsewhere.

*Please note that we firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
The review version should be no longer than 12 PAGES. The camera-ready version can have up to two additional pages (camera-ready manuscripts should not exceed 10 pages in total).
