About NTICT'2026

Advancing intelligent systems, secure networks, and applied AI.

NTICT'2026 is the 10th International Conference on New Trends in Information and Communications Technology Applications. Organized by the University of Information Technology and Communications (UoITC), the conference will be held in Babil Governorate, Iraq, in partnership with Al-Mustaqbal University.

NTICT brings together researchers, academics, and industry professionals to present peer-reviewed work on AI, machine learning, AI-driven cybersecurity, evolutionary computing for intelligent systems, and intelligent and secure communication networks — and to contribute to building an informatics society.

Peer-reviewed research Each paper reviewed by at least three program committee members.

Call for Papers

You are cordially invited to participate in the 10th International Conference on New Trends in Information & Communications Technology, scheduled to take place in Babil Governorate, Iraq, in partnership with Al-Mustaqbal University, on December 2–3, 2026. The conference is hosted by the University of Information Technology and Communications (UoITC). NTICT'2026 presents the latest research on new trends in Information and Communications Technology applications and aims to contribute to building an informatics society worldwide.

All submitted papers must report original, previously unpublished research, experimental or theoretical, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Each submission will be peer-reviewed by at least three members of the international program committee and evaluated on originality, technical depth, correctness, relevance, contribution, and readability. One Best Presentation Award will be granted per session.

Papers must follow the conference format and are subject to review and editing. Submitted papers must be formatted in standard camera-ready format and submitted online via the conference website as .doc or .pdf. Regular papers should be between 12 and 15 pages including the abstract, figures, tables, and references. Submissions must be written in English; non-native authors are encouraged to have submissions proofread for spelling and grammar.

Submission & Review

  1. Originality: Papers must report novel, previously unpublished research and must not be under consideration elsewhere.
  2. Peer review: Each paper is reviewed by at least three program committee members.
  3. Format: Submit camera-ready papers online as .doc or .pdf.
  4. Regular papers: 12–15 pages including abstract, figures, tables, and references.
  5. Short papers: 6 pages, where a page is 300–400 words. Poster papers also welcomed.
  6. Language: English. Non-native authors should arrange proofreading.

Publication & Awards

  1. Publication: Proceedings published with Springer in the Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series.
  2. Indexing: CCIS is abstracted/indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, and Scopus.
  3. Best Presentation: One Best Presentation Award per session.
  4. Camera-ready: Final versions due October 31, 2026.
  5. Conference dates: December 2–3, 2026, Babil Governorate, Iraq.
